October 12th, 2026
Archivist Rachel Dworkin put together this collection of the records of the Woman Suffrage Party of Chemung County, photographs of local suffragists, advertisements from the 1915 New York State suffrage campaign, and various writings by Chemung County authors on the topic of women’s suffrage, both for and against.
The event will feature Dr. Claire Wardle, an Associate Professor of Communications at Cornell University, whose research focuses on information ecosystems and resilience against misinformation; exhibit tours; lightning talks; and more!
