FULL MEMBERS (Voting) - Operating Budget Dues
On 10/28/2022, SCRLC Full Members voted to approve the following dues structure at the annual business meeting. There was no increase in dues this fiscal year, 2024-2025.

Note: Additionally, there is an electronic resources cost share fee for full members, which is set by the Board of Trustees. Currently, individual full members pay $102; library systems, $508. Individual public library members do not pay the cost share because they access the resources through their public library system. The cost share is approximately 10% of the Council’s electronic resources expenditures.

Dues, with the exception of personal members, may be increased for three years, with a 3% cap each year. The Board determines the increase each spring, taking economic conditions into account. Members will be informed as soon as possible of any changes for budgeting purposes. The dues structure will be revisited for FY 2026-2027, i.e., in three years.
