• Explain why MedlinePlus is an authoritative source of health information for consumers and patients 
• Identify how to find specific health topic information or tools in MedlinePlus
• Identify how to find specific drugs, herbs and supplements information in MedlinePlus

Presenter: Bennie Finch (she/her) is an Education and Outreach Coordinator for the Network of the National Library of Medicine in Region 7. Her office is located at the UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester, MA. Prior to her library work, Bennie was a clinical social worker with children and families for many years. Bennie enjoys all libraries, but her specific focus is public libraries and consumer health information.
