We will especially consider the role the librarian plays and their effect on these changes, as well as ways the library's resources (including the librarian) can help offset the expenses hospitals are facing. Additionally, we will discuss quality initiatives that can be undertaken to improve processes, reduce costs, and boost value of the library's services.
