Dear SCRLC Members,

Awards are back this year! During our field visits, we heard that some of you missed the awards, as both a way to recognize the great work being done around you and to bring more visibility to your library/library system or cultural organization. We listened to you, reviewed our values and strategic directions, restructured the awards, and here they are!   

Please nominate a colleague or SCRLC member for an award to express your appreciation for their accomplishments, and to lift everyone’s spirits!  

The nomination process is easy: Think whom to nominate and complete the Google form, or the attached one, if you prefer.

Awards will be presented at SCRLC’s Annual Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, October 30th at the beautiful and newly renovated Sapsucker Woods building, home of Cornell University’s Department of Ornithology.

The deadline is Friday, October 4, 2024, 4:00 PM.
