Mandy Roome is a Biomedical Anthropologist studying both the biological and social drivers of infectious disease spread. She has been recently working with high risk occupational groups like forestry workers and farmers, conducting studies to understand their risk compared to the general population and to develop ways in which they can combat this risk.
