Arthur Mills Curtis (1866-1951) was a Mathematics and Penmanship professor at the Oneonta Normal School. From 1910 to 1913, he wrote a series of diaries in which he discussed his views on current events of the time, participation in woman suffrage, religious ideals, involvement in the community, and relationships with his colleagues. These diaries were transcribed by SUNY Oneonta students.
The Otis A. Thompson Local History Room at Guernsey Memorial Library has family Bibles that have lists of births, deaths, and marriages on their endpapers. These have been photographed for this digital collection.
