Mary-Carol is the executive director of South Central Regional Library Council. She holds an M.L.S. from Syracuse University and B.A. in anthropology from St. John Fisher College. Ms. Lindbloom has worked in a variety of library settings: university, public, museum, hospital, and library system. She has served on three school library system advisory councils and was part of the planning team for the nationwide My Info Quest SMS text reference service. She has been involved with four collaborative virtual reference programs, having directed the world's first academic library virtual reference collaborative, Ready for Reference. She also coordinated a cross-disciplinary educational sim in a virtual environment and a statewide assessment initiative. She serves on the Guiding Council for Syracuse University's iSchool program.

Molly Brown

Molly received her Masters of Library and Information Science from Simmons College and a BA in Art History/Archaeology from Mount Holyoke College. Prior to working for SCRLC, she was a Reference and Instruction Librarian at Wells College in Aurora, NY and at the University of West Florida, in Pensacola. She was a User Experience Librarian at SUNY Oneonta where she assisted in the initial renovation plans for the Milne Library, and as the Outreach and User Experience Librarian at Stetson University in DeLand, FL. Additionally, she worked with a team of librarians from the United States to help open the University Library of Kosovo and has continued work on the international level as an editor and content provider for the International Librarians Network.

Claire Lovell

Claire holds an MLIS from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Maine. Claire comes to SCRLC from the Manlius Library, where she served most recently as youth services librarian and before that, as their public services coordinator. Prior to Manlius, she worked for Central NY Library Resources Council (CLRC) in Syracuse, where among other responsibilities she was the project coordinator for New York Heritage. She also provided training and support for CLRC members in digitization, and managed library science interns for local NYH projects.

Jessica earned her Masters in Information and Library Science from Pratt Institute and her Bachelors in International Relations from Tulane University. Prior to working for SCRLC, she was a Reference Librarian at Louisiana State Health Sciences Library, the Director of the Palau Community College Library, and a Librarian at various branches of Brooklyn Public Library.

Danna Harris

Danna earned her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of South Florida. Prior to working for SCRLC, she worked in the Accounting Department and was the Office Manager for an Environmental Firm in Wisconsin.

Diane has been Service Center and Administrative Manager for SCRLC since October 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Binghamton University.
