South Central Regional Library Council is located on the third floor of Clinton Hall, 108 N Cayuga St., Ithaca, NY

Clinton Hall is the large red brick building next to the Clinton House, the yellow building on the corner of Seneca and N. Cayuga. After exiting the Cayuga Parking Garage, 235 S. Cayuga St.,  walk north and cross over Green St. Walking directions and map from Cayuga Parking Garage.  Clinton Hall is about a block and a half north on the opposite side of Cayuga Street. We are located in the middle of the block between State and Seneca Streets. DO NOT go to the yellow building on the corner with the large columns – that is Clinton House – back up to the building with the gray façade on the ground floor and brick façade on the upper floors, that is Clinton Hall.

There are two entrances to the Clinton Hall offices:

• Front entrance: Use the grey double doors in the middle of the storefronts, between "Innovations" and "Jillian's Drawers" and directly beneath the "Neighborworks" sign.   After going up one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor, continue straight ahead to either the elevator on the right, or one more set of stairs on the left. Go up to the 3rd floor.
• For elevator access from street level: Go to rear of building via red brick driveway separating Clinton Hall and Clinton House.  Turn left at the back of the building and use the second set of doors. Once inside, use the elevator on the left to go to the 3rd floor.

Driving Directions

From the East:

Rt. 79 going west toward Ithaca:

Continue to bottom of hill and turn left at 2nd light - where E. State St. ends at The Commons. Go over bridge and bear right at Clinton St. Continue to traffic light and turn right onto Cayuga Street. Turn right into parking garage, across from Holiday Inn.

From the West:

Rt. 79 going east toward Ithaca:

Continue on 79, over bridge, over RR tracks up to Rt 13 (Meadow St one way going North). Drive straight up State St. to light at the Commons, then right onto Cayuga St, 1.5 blocks. Parking garage entrance is on left, across from Holiday Inn.

From the North:

Rt. 89:

After crossing bridge, turn left onto Buffalo St, continue to Cayuga St. Turn right, drive 2.5 blocks to parking garage on left, across from Holiday Inn.

Rt. 96: Stay on Buffalo St to Cayuga St, turn right as above.

Syracuse: Take I-81 S to the US-11 / Rte-41 exit - Exit 12- to Rte-281. Turn left onto NY-281 toward Cortland. Follow NY-281 - which becomes NY13 - into Ithaca (approx. 20 miles) Turn left onto Green St. (just before Agway). Proceed to Cayuga Street and turn right, parking garage is on the left across from the Holiday Inn.

From the South:

(96B) – Proceed down the hill on Aurora Street to E. Clinton Street (just before bridge) turn left.  Continue to traffic light and turn right onto Cayuga Street. Turn right into parking garage, across from Holiday Inn..

Elmira/Corning  From I-86 / Rte 17, take the RT-13 exit - Exit 54 - toward Ithaca. Merge onto NY-13 N and then merge with Rte 34-96 at bottom of hill. Continue to Clinton Street, turn right  and proceed approximately six blocks to Cayuga Street, turn left to arrive at the parking garage on right across from the Holiday Inn.
